The Space Provider can choose between three different cancellation policies on Workspace2go that apply to all bookings:
- Flexible: Up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, guests will be refunded the entire booking amount (= billing amount minus service fee). If a guest cancels later, the entire booking amount will be charged.
- Moderate: Up to 5 days before the start of the reservation, guests will be refunded the entire booking amount (= billing amount minus service fee). Up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. If a guest cancels later, the entire booking amount will be charged.
- Strict: Up to 30 days before the start of the reservation, guests will be refunded the entire booking amount (= billing amount minus service fee). Up to 7 days before the start of the reservation, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. If a guest cancels later, the entire booking amount will be charged.
The following applies to all three conditions: The Space Provider's share is 80% of the charged booking amount.
