If a guest wants to cancel a booking, he/she must do so online on Workspace2go in his/her own account. Otherwise the booking is not officially canceled. If a guest asks you how exactly he/she can cancel the booking, you may forward the following statement:
- Log in to your account at Workspace2go.com in the top right corner.
- Open the profile menu by clicking on your name in the upper right corner.
- Click on Requests and Bookings.
- Click on Cancel Booking in the corresponding booking.
- Click on the green button Yes, I want to cancel.
Your booking is now canceled. The Workspace2go team will contact you regarding the cancellation costs and any refunds.
