A lot of information (prices, equipment, payment, cancellation policy, photos etc.) about a specific workspace can already be found online in the space profile. If you have further questions about the workspace, you can send a non-binding request. This will put you in direct contact with the space provider and you can ask the provider directly in the message field.
Often these are questions like:
- Capacity with different types of seating (U-shape, theatre seating, islands, etc.)
- Whether the tables can be moved and whether you should do this yourself or whether the space provider will do it for you as a service
- Whether a visit is possible
- Which adapters the space provider has available for the screen / beamer on site
- Whether you are received personally or how access is regulated
