You have not yet completed a booking:
Please send a request online. This request will create a conversation and you will be in direct contact with the respective space provider.
To create a booking request, you can proceed as follows:
- Find the right Space in the search.
- On the Space page, select the period, enter the number of participants and click on Send Request.
- On the following page there is a text field where you can write your question directly to the Space provider.
- As soon as you have sent the booking request, you will receive an e-mail for confirmation.
- As soon as the space provider answers you, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
You have already completed the booking:
You may still send a message from the Space provider directly in the conversation at www.workspace2go.com. However, once the booking is complete, you will find the contact details, travel information and access to the Space in the booking confirmation. You will find this confirmation in your email inbox or in your account on Workspace2go under Requests and Bookings.
Tip: Read the booking confirmation once completely upon receipt. It may contain important information (e.g. regarding access to the building / room).
