The invoice will be sent at the same time as you complete your booking. If you have not received an invoice, please check the following:
- The invoice will be sent by e-mail as a link from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please search your inbox and spam folder.
- Have you received a booking confirmation?
- If not, your booking is probably not yet completed. Please check your requests and bookings in your account at www.workspace2go.com. Completed bookings receive the status "BOOKED". If the status of your request is "OFFER MADE", you can still complete the booking now.
- If you have received the booking confirmation but not the invoice, please contact the Workspace2go team (email@example.com / +41 44 512 17 10)
