In the booking confirmation the entrance to a building and the room is described in detail. If nothing is specified there, you can contact the space provider. Their contact details can also be found in the booking confirmation.
If you are standing in front of a locked door and cannot reach the space provider by phone, please contact the Workspace2go team: email@example.com / 044 512 17 10. This is an extremely rare case and Workspace2go will do its best to prevent it. Should it occur, the Workspace2go team will find an alternative for you as soon as possible. The space provider will be charged a penalty fee.
