No, a cancellation must be made through your Workspace2go account.
Please proceed as follows:
- Log into your account at Workspace2go.com in the upper right corner.
- Open the profile menu by clicking on your name in the upper right corner.
- Click on Requests and Bookings.
- Click on Cancel booking in the corresponding booking.
- Click on the green button Yes, I want to cancel.
Your booking is now canceled. The Space Provider and Workspace2go will be informed immediately. The Workspace2go Team will contact you regarding the cancellation costs and any possible refunds.
