How can I set or change the cancellation policies?

You can change the cancellation condition in your account on Workspace2go. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to your account on Workspace2go.com in the top right corner.
2. Open the profile menu by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
3. Select Spaces.
4. Select the room on the left side of your dashboard
5. Click on Settings.
6. Under Cancellation Policies, you can select one of three conditions (Flexible, Moderate or Strict).
7. Now click on the green Save button.
