Guests must be able to rely on confirmed bookings.
If a guest is not granted access at the agreed time and cannot use the workspace as booked, this will affect the guest and his customers as well as Workspace2go. Therefore the following applies: If the booked room or workspace is not available for the guest during the period of the booking or if access to the room or workspace is not guaranteed, this will be considered as a cancellation by the space provider.
In such a case, you as space provider are not entitled to your share of the booking amount of the cancelled booking, as this will be refunded to the guest. In addition, Workspace2go will charge you penalty fees in the amount of the full booking amount.
The guest will still have the opportunity to submit a review.
